I am Ella-Ilona Stern, the author and publisher of the YAM EDU software application, and I am respecting the privacy of my users (“you”). This Privacy Policy explains how I’m collecting, using and safeguarding your information when you are using my software application (the “Application”).   Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

I’m reserving the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. I will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.  You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.  

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-app virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. I’m not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

The information collected by the Application depends on the features you use, and includes:
Personal Data

I'm not storing any personally identifiable information, only the data provided by you voluntarily while using the Application's features.

Device Access

I may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your device’s storage. If you wish to change the Application’s access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

All the information collected by the Application is stored locally in the device where the Application is installed and running, and the Application does never transmit the collected data over the Internet or other network connection.

The Application is collecting and storing locally the strictly necessary information for using the Application’s features, and the permissions for the local storage are necessary for storing the data for the functioning of the Application.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

As all the data collected by the Application are stored solely on the device where the Application is installed and running, I cannot access your data and consequently I cannot disclose it.

I am not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and I have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations.  If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

While I have taken reasonable steps to secure the data you have provided, please be aware that despite my efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data storing can be guaranteed against of misuse.  

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

I do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data I have collected from children under age 13, please contact me using the contact information provided below.

OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

Upon uninstalling the Application, your data provided to the Application is erased completely, you need to use the "Save" feature for saving your data, and respectively the "Import" feature for restoring the saved data.

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.
